How to Choose the Right PowerStep Insole: PowerStep products should be selected based on your activity level, foot condition, shoe type, and the amount of cushioning and support you need. Most of our insoles use a polypropylene arch support shape, but vary in cushion thickness and arch strength.

When to Replace Insoles: We recommend replacing your insoles when you begin to notice a decrease in comfort or support, which is typically around 6 months.
